This policy applies to the GastroBalance and StomachEaser mobile apps and this website.

In short: the apps are designed so that the personal tracking information you enter is stored locally on your device. No account is required.

1. Information in the apps

• No account: the apps do not require registration, email or a user profile.
• Local storage: diary entries and wellness information you enter are stored locally on your device.
• No advertising SDKs: the apps are not designed around advertising profiles or behavioral advertising.
• No analytics account: we do not use an in-app analytics account to build a profile of your symptoms or habits.

2. Export and sharing

Where an export or PDF function is available, the file is generated for you to control. You decide whether to save it or share it with another person, such as a healthcare professional.

3. Deleting app data

You can remove locally stored information using available app controls or by uninstalling the app. Because the app does not require a cloud account with us, we do not keep a separate account copy of your diary.

4. Website hosting

This website is hosted using Netlify. Like most hosting providers, Netlify may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs for security, reliability and delivery of the website. We do not use this website to collect your symptom diary or health-tracking entries.

4A. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode to understand website visits and interactions such as clicks to the App Store or Google Play. Analytics cookies and Analytics storage are denied by default and are enabled only if you choose “Accept analytics”. If you choose “Essential only”, Analytics storage remains denied and Google Analytics may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. We do not send symptom diary or in-app health-tracking entries to Google Analytics.

5. App stores and payments

App downloads and purchases may be processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Those store providers process account, transaction and payment information under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

6. Children

The apps are not directed to children under 16.

7. Health disclaimer

GastroBalance and StomachEaser are wellness and self-tracking tools. They do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment or medical advice.

Diario e informazioni di benessere vengono salvati localmente sul dispositivo. Dove è disponibile una funzione di esportazione o PDF, sei tu a decidere se salvare o condividere il file. Puoi rimuovere i dati locali tramite i controlli disponibili nell'app oppure disinstallando l'app.
